Stonewall

Stonewall is one of the most basic, simplest and oldest forms of Architecture. These walls have been in use since early humans.
They have been constructed by simply stacking them against one another in an interlocking pattern and also have been made using mortar and plaster.
Stonewalls are found in all civilizations and used mainly in building forts, fences and city walls during the medieval ages. Now, these walls are used mainly for fencing. The stones used vary from limestone to granite based on the availability in the region and the type of weatherproofing needed.
